Thank you all for your kind words and Birthday wishes. This was the scene at Complete Health Group Mascot Office yesterday, where of course it was business as usual.
🎂 1st Slice- A client meeting to discuss their needs and how we could better deliver Physiotherapy services in the home.
🎂 2nd Slice- I delved into some administrative work including updating several of our Support Coordinators and Care Advisors (CAs) on how clients were finding their Rehab sessions. We also discussed the frequency of sessions and brainstormed ways to prevent hospitalisation for a tricky client.
☕️ A sip of coffee- I spoke with Harry Cooke from splose about bespoke solutions for our Practice Management Software 💡
🎂 3rd Slice- I spent some time on the phone with one of our CAs discussing a client with ‘foot drop-‘ 🦶 A neurological condition where the client is unable to lift their toes towards their shin. This is a serious falls risk and we discussed the optimal product for this client, with consideration of shoe size and intermittent calf swelling.
🎂 4th Slice- Nearing the end of the day I had with a chat with our Operations Manager Alec Cornelius regarding some performance reviews at Complete Health Group
🍒 The Cherry on top- my no 1. Supporter and Life Partner Selina surprised me with this Red Velvet Cake from Christophers Cake Shop 👌
A birthday well spent if you ask me!
