Competition Terms and Conditions
The promoter is Complete Health Group Australia Ltd, The promotion is subject to Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter this competition forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions.
Eligibility to enter competition
Entry is open to anyone aged 66 years or older, who is linked to a registered user of Complete Health Group. The entrant must be linked to a registered user of Complete Health Group and submit a valid entry before April 05, 2026.
Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are eligible to enter, but ineligible to win a prize. A participation certificate will be awarded to all eligible entrants who meet the competition terms. Competition period The promotion closes at 11.59pm (AEST) Saturday April 4.
Entering the competition
By entering this competition, you give the promoter, Complete Health Group Ltd permission to use entrant submission for the purpose of promoting the competition and winning entries.
The promoter is not responsible for entries that are not received, or are received late. All entries will be the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrants. Entries will be judged by CHG management. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning granting of prizes
Judging will be on the merit of the entry and all valid entries will receive a participation certificate.
The Promoter’s decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into the competition. Entrants may enter as many times as they like for the duration of the competition.
The prizes are not transferable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize winners first name, age and state of residence (for example ‘Graham, 66-years-old, NSW’) will be published on the Complete Health Group website and associated social media pages.
Any unclaimed prizes remain the property of Complete Health Group Ltd. Entries may be published on the Complete Health Group website and associated social media channels.
Entering the Competition
Completed entries are to be submitted at https://completehealthgroup.com.au/easter-competition/ or emailed to admin@completehealthgroup.com.au or given to a CHG staff member. Your entry may be submitted as a photo of the entry, scan, or a picture of the entrant with their entry. Please note, winning entries will be published on www.completehealthgroup.com.au, promoted on our social media channels and shared via this email forum to announce the winner.
The entrant must be linked to a CHG client and submit a valid entry before April 6.

Second prize Large Easter Hamper (valued at $100)
Third prize Mini Easter Hamper (valued at $50)
3 x Runner-up Petite Easter Hamper Easter Hamper (valued at $25) The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation.
The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.
All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.
